  1. Create a new Jira ticket with Jira Copilot: This feature analyzes the project's knowledge base and generates ticket summaries and descriptions based on user-provided context. Users can provide information about the desired ticket, and the feature will generate an appropriate summary and description. The generated content can be revised and refined iteratively to ensure it meets the user's requirements.
  2. Edit existed Jira ticket's Description: With this feature, users can edit and improve existing ticket descriptions using AI. The feature generates new descriptive content based on the project's historical ticket data. Users can review, manually edit, and accept the proposed changes or request alternative suggestions.
  3. Suggest & Apply Templates for Jira Ticket: This feature suggests multiple description templates based on the project's standards and the specific ticket type. Users can choose from the suggested templates and apply their preferred ones to maintain consistency and standardization across tickets.
  4. Generate Jira Report with Natural Language: This feature allows users to create complex queries using natural language context. By providing a description of the desired report, users can generate the corresponding query without needing to know the exact syntax. The feature also detects errors in the generated query and suggests corrections.
